Marjorie A. Muirden
Marjorie is originally from New Haven,
Connecticut. She graduated from Choate
Rosemary Hall in 1979; and from Wheaton
College cum laude in 1983, with a major
in English literature. She graduated
from Franklin Pierce Law Center in
Concord, New Hampshire in 1987. She has
was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 1989.
Gregory L. Hail
Gregory L. Hail is the attorney
principally responsible for the Fairlawn
office which serves all aspects of
estate planning, estate administration
(probate), taxation, and general legal
matters. Greg earned his undergraduate
degree from the College of Wooster in
1989, and received his law
degree from the University of Akron in
1992. He is a native of Ohio, having
grown up in Mansfield. He now resides in
the Fairlawn, Ohio area. Greg is
licensed to practice law before the
Courts and agencies of the State of
Ohio, as well as the United States
District and the United States
Bankruptcy Courts for the Northern
District of Ohio. In addition, Greg
is a member of the Akron Bar
Association, where he is a member of the
estate planning and probate sections;
the Medina County Bar Association; the
Ohio State Bar Association; and the
American Bar Association. In addition,
Greg is a member of the Delta Theta

Janis Hutchins Zachman
Janis Hutchins Zachman practices in our
Sharon Center office, serving the legal
needs of individuals, families and small
businesses. She has particular interest
in domestic relations issues, elder law,
estate planning and probate
administration and matters involving
local governments. Janiss dual training
as a social worker and attorney makes
her uniquely adept at working with
clients in the midst of a crisis or
life-changing event.
Janis is a graduate of Boston University
in Boston, Massachusetts, where she
earned an undergraduate degree in social
work, summa cum laude. She holds a
graduate degree in community planning,
with honors, and a law degree, both from
University of Maryland, located in
Baltimore, Maryland. She lives in
Medina, Ohio with her veterinarian
spouse and son.
